1. About ExpertRank AI

ExpertRank AI is a SaaS platform that helps experts, creators, founders, coaches, consultants, agencies, and organizations measure and improve their visibility in AI-powered search and recommendation experiences.

ExpertRank AI may provide:

• AI visibility audits
• Profile completeness scores
• Niche authority scores
• Local visibility scores
• Competitor comparisons
• Prompt tracking
• AI-generated recommendations
• Agency client reporting
• White-label reports
• Subscription-based dashboards

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location to use ExpertRank AI.

If you use ExpertRank AI on behalf of a company, agency, client, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Managing team member access
• Ensuring client data is entered lawfully

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Audits

ExpertRank AI may offer free audit previews.

Free audit results may be limited, simulated, estimated, or generated using incomplete data.

Free audit results are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as guaranteed rankings, search results, or business outcomes.

5. AI-Generated Output

ExpertRank AI uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, scores, recommendations, reports, and insights.

You understand that AI-generated output may:

• Be inaccurate or incomplete
• Reflect limitations of available data
• Vary over time
• Require human review
• Not guarantee improved visibility, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before using it for business, marketing, legal, financial, or professional decisions.

6. No Guaranteed Results

ExpertRank AI does not guarantee:

• That AI platforms will recommend you
• That your scores will improve
• That competitors will be outranked
• That content recommendations will increase leads, sales, traffic, or revenue
• That AI answers from third-party platforms will remain consistent

ExpertRank AI provides visibility analysis and recommendations, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. User Content

You may submit names, brands, websites, social profile URLs, competitors, target keywords, locations, client profiles, and other content.

You represent that:

• You have the right to submit this content
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not violate the rights of others
• For agency accounts, you have permission to submit client information

You retain ownership of your content. You grant ExpertRank AI permission to process your content as needed to provide the service.

8. Agency Accounts

Agency accounts may manage multiple client profiles.

Agency users are responsible for:

• Obtaining client authorization
• Managing team permissions
• Reviewing reports before sharing
• Ensuring client-facing claims are accurate
• Protecting client data
• Complying with applicable laws and agreements

White-label reports may be generated through ExpertRank AI, but the agency remains responsible for how reports are used and presented to clients.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

ExpertRank AI may offer free, monthly, annual, agency, and custom plans.

Paid plans may include limits such as:

• Number of profiles
• Number of tracked prompts
• Number of team members
• Report exports
• Feature access

Annual plans may include a 2-month discount compared with monthly billing.

Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime.

After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

For monthly plans: If you cancel during the month, you keep access until the end of the current monthly billing period.

For annual plans: If you cancel during the year, you keep access until the end of the current annual billing period.

You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

11. Plan Limits and Usage

If your account exceeds plan limits, we may:

• Restrict additional audits
• Restrict prompt tracking
• Restrict client profile creation
• Ask you to upgrade
• Offer a custom plan

We may update plan features and limits over time.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ExpertRank AI for unlawful purposes
• Submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share
• Submit protected health information, financial account numbers, government IDs, or confidential third-party information
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Abuse AI or system resources
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with service security
• Misrepresent AI-generated results
• Use reports to make false or deceptive claims

13. Third-Party Services

ExpertRank AI may rely on third-party services including hosting, database, AI providers, email providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, data limitations, or platform behavior.

14. Intellectual Property

ExpertRank AI, including its name, branding, software, design, scoring logic, reports, templates, workflows, and platform features, is owned by ExpertRank AI or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or create derivative products from ExpertRank AI without permission.

15. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant ExpertRank AI the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

16. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party issues, updates, or technical problems.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment fails
• You misuse the platform
• You create legal, security, or operational risk
• Continued service is no longer commercially reasonable

18. Disclaimers

ExpertRank AI is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ExpertRank AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ExpertRank AI from claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
• Agency use of client data without proper authorization

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of ExpertRank AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
